OrderEdit is a self-service order-editing app for Shopify. It gives a merchant's customers a simple way to fix their own orders before fulfillment — change a shipping address, cancel an order, swap a variant or quantity, or remove a single line item — straight from the Shopify customer account and order status page, without opening a support ticket.
"Can you change my address?", "I ordered the wrong size", "please cancel item 2" — pre-shipment change requests are some of the most common and most avoidable support tickets a store handles. OrderEdit turns them into a quick self-serve flow, so merchants field fewer tickets, ship fewer packages to the wrong place, and give shoppers a calmer post-purchase experience.
Every change is applied server-side through the Shopify Admin API using the merchant's own secure token, with their eligibility rules, edit window, and restock and refund settings enforced. There's no theme code or custom development to install, and the app works with Shopify Basic, Advanced, and Plus stores.
